POPIA consent. I consent to AutoHive Marketing (Pty) Ltd (reg 2025/756077/07) processing the personal information on this form to confirm the booking, invoice the company and run the production day. Information Officer: Odendaal Oosthuizen. I can request my data, ask for it to be deleted, or withdraw consent at Mr.bee@autohive.co.za. Studio waiver. I have read the studio waiver and accept it on behalf of every person in the crew. I have read the Terms and Conditions in full, including the cancellation policy, the booking guarantee and the drone POPIA rules. Optional. What happens next

The keeper reviews the booking, confirms the slot and sends the formal invoice within one working day.
50% deposit reserves the date. Balance settles five days before the booking day.
You receive a calendar invite with parking, gate code and arrival notes.
On the day, the keeper meets you at the gate. Coffee is on.

Cancellation in plain English

Five working days written notice or your deposit is forfeit. The cancellation waiver (added at quote stage) reverses that. The full rule lives in Terms section 4.
